Dr. Mari K. Swingle is a renowned clinical psychologist and neurotherapist with over 25 years of experience in applied psychoneurophysiology and neurofeedback. She serves as the Director of the Swingle Clinic in Vancouver, Canada, where she specializes in treating a wide range of neurophysiological conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, obsessive-compulsive disorders, addiction, and non-clinical peak performance.

- BA in Visual Arts (University of Ottawa)
- Registered Psychologist (#2766) with the College of Psychologists of British Columbia

Publications & Research:
Dr. Swingle is the award-winning author of i-Minds: How and Why Constant Connectivity is Rewiring Our Brains and What to Do About It, now in its second edition. Her research focuses on the effects of screen-based technologies on brain development and function, and she has identified specific EEG markers associated with excessive interactive screen use. She continues to study the role of alpha brainwaves in various expressions of brain deregulation, including brain injury and dissociation disorders.
Clinical Innovations:
Dr. Swingle has been instrumental in developing and refining neurotherapeutic assessment and treatment methods, including the ClinicalQ™ Assessment and Braindriving techniques, which are used to identify and address brain inefficiencies associated with behavioral and learning disorders.
