Neurofeedback with learning disorders

This webinar aims to explore the possibilities of Neurofeedbacks in patients with learning disabilities.

Learning disabilities may be neurologically based, meaning they are based on a fundamental problem in brain function.

EEG-based evaluation, which provides therapists with information about specific EEG patterns and symptoms, is an important component in clinical work with individuals with learning disabilities. Specific information from quantitative EEG data is informative for planning therapy with Neurofeedback. The Neurofeedback offers a wide range of protocols that can significantly change the EEG and thus also the client's learning disorder-specific symptoms.

The participants will gain insight into the evaluation, the preparation for the Neurofeedback-Training and which special factors need to be taken into account when dealing with clients.

Ms. Branga explains with study-based information and practical recommendations how the Neurofeedback can be individually adjusted so that patients with learning disabilities can benefit from this technology. Images and simulations illustrate the examples so that they can be implemented in everyday practice following the webinar.
