Dr. Margarita Theodorou
Dr. Margarita Theodorou graduated from the Special Education Department of the Sofia University Kliment Ochrichtski" in 1992 and continued her postgraduate studies in the field of Communication Disorders in 2000. She obtained her PhD in 2012 in the field of Language Pathology. Since 1996 she worked as a Speech Therapist at the Ministry of Education and Culture in Cyprus.
In 2013, Margarita Theodorou got certified as a Neurofeedback Therapist by the Institute for EEG-Neurofeedback (IFEN) in Munich and in the following years she became a Neurofeedback Trainer herself. As an IFEN-Lecturer she has organized a series of workshops for Neurotherapists in Cyprus and Greece.
She has given talks at international conferences, as well as in seminars and workshops in Cyprus and abroad and has published in international scientific journals.
