Learn EEG NeuroMeditation in theory and practice

• Get to know the 5 different styles of EEG NeuroMeditation and learn how to assign them to mental abilities.

• Learn how and why the individual meditation styles can contribute to the treatment of psychiatric illnesses such as ADHD, depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, addiction, or stress.

• Learn how you can learn meditation quickly and efficiently through direct and targeted neural feedback.

• Learn the scientific background and understand how you can change your brain and how it works.

• Learn to teach clients the technique of different meditations using EEG neuromeditation.

• Learn the basics of meditation styles and how to support and guide your clients in each style.

• Learn important information about medical conditions in which certain types of meditation may be contraindicated and what you should pay particular attention to.
