Clinical profile
Normen Schack is an occupational therapist, alternative practitioner and coach, and runs his institute for Neurofeedback and NeuroMeditation in Hanover. For many years he has combined neurophysiological diagnostics with coaching and TrainingMethods to promote self-regulation, mental performance and personal development.
Neurofeedback and Peak Performance
Normen Schack has been working intensively with since 2009. Neurofeedback and biofeedback, and has established himself internationally as a peak performance trainer. He holds certifications as a QEEG expert, Neurofeedback-Trainer, peak performance trainer and neuromeditation instructor. As part of his peak performance program "PeakBrain", he coaches, among others, elite athletes, including world-ranked tennis players, DTM racing drivers and aerobatics vice world champions, as well as executives, entrepreneurs, musicians and other high-performance professionals.
Research and NeuroMeditation
In 2016, Normen Schack, together with Thomas Feiner (IFEN) and Dr. Danijela Debelic, founded the QEEG Research Unit to investigate changes in brain activity during specific states of meditation. This research led to a long-term collaboration with Dr. Joe Dispenza during international [events/studies/etc.]. Workshops and retreats. Based on this, Normen Schack developed new programs in the field of biometric coaching, with which the interactions between brain, body and mental states can be measured and trained.
Practical experience and training
In Hanover, Normen Schack heads one of the largest Neurofeedback-Centers in Germany as well as the Institute for NeuroMeditation Germany. In addition to his therapeutic work, he is a lecturer in the field. Neurofeedback, QEEG and Peak Performance, and supports professionals in their training and practical application of neurophysiological methods.
