He is currently President of the International Center for Learning, Attention Deficit, and Hyperactivity Disorders (CIDAAI) in Milan, President of the International Organization of Psychophysiology, and Health Director of the Bionatural Detoxification Center (CDB) of the Eris Onlus Foundation. The International Alliance for Biofeedback Certifications (BCIA) has certified Dr. Giuseppe Chiarenza as a therapist, teacher, and supervisor of therapy with Neurofeedback awarded.

He has taught at the University of Milan and the Catholic University of Piacenza, Faculty of Education. Former President of the Psychoneurobiology Section of the World Psychiatric Association, former Vice President of the Italian Society of Child Neuropsychiatry (SINPIA).
