Diploma psychologist, systemic coach (SG), trainer for the Person-Brain Model as well as Neurofeedback-Therapist. She works in the specialist service and in the staff unit of the overall management of the pedagogical-therapeutic youth welfare institution Haus Fichtenhalde and combines psychological, neuropsychological and systemic approaches in her practical work with children, adolescents and professionals.

She has many years of experience in organizational development and quality management, as well as in supporting complex assistance processes in youth welfare. Her areas of expertise also include facilitation and crisis management, coaching, and adult education in pedagogical and therapeutic contexts.
Neuropsychological work and teaching
Since 1997, she has continuously pursued further education in the field of neuropsychology and integrates neuropsychological findings into her everyday educational and therapeutic practice. As a speaker, she gives lectures and seminars, particularly on topics related to behavioral and emotional regulation in children and adolescents, as well as on the development of multidimensional support concepts for complex problem constellations.
Publications and scientific contributions
She is the author of the book "Personality Development Disorders in Children and Adolescents" (Adam & Breithaupt-Peters, Kohlhammer Verlag, 2010, 2nd edition) and regularly gives presentations at specialist conferences, including the International Congress on Theory and Therapy of Personality Disorders and at events of the DGVT, BKJ and DGSF.
