About the EEG Neuromeditation Workshop

Does your mind often wander when you go to bed?

You love meditating – but you don’t know if you are actually doing it right?

You want to enhance your neurofeedback training and provide effective treatment interventions against AD(H)D or depression?

Then you are welcome to join Dr. Jeff Tarrant on a journey to broaden your mind and open your heart.

Neurofeedback and meditation – both are ways of training your mind and your brain. And both can be combined to a great effect: Achieve deeper states of meditation by getting immediate feedback on your brainwave state. Or improve your neurofeedback sessions by helping your clients to focus.

This workshop is unique in that it doesn’t require you to have any prior knowledge about meditation.

We also welcome Neurofeedback beginners as well as professionals. Neuromeditation can offer something for every level of experience.

The good thing is: Everyone can learn these techniques by using Neurofeedback equipment.
