Neuromeditation is the application of brain-based principles to meditation practices.
All meditations generally fall into one or more of four categories:
Focus, Mindfulness, Quiet Mind, and Open Heart.
We can determine our meditative style based on the way attention is directed during our meditation, our intention during the practice, and the way the practice impacts the brain. By knowing how you meditate you can choose a style of practice to best match your goals.
The good thing is: Everyone can learn these techniques by using Neurofeedback equipment.
Our first Neuromeditation-Workshop in Germany together with Dr. Jeff Tarrant, IFEN Director Thomas Feiner and Neurofeedback instructor Normen Schack will also be streamed live, from Oct. 11th - 13th in Munich.

The workshop will be held in English.
This workshop does not require any previous knowledge. The protocols are very easy to understand.
Yes, you can get education points. Physicians will also be able to apply for education points if needed.
Our Neuromeditation Workshop is targeted at a wide range of professions, like physicians, Neurofeedback experts, coaches, psychologists and occupational therapists.
This workshop is not dependent on a specific platform.
This workshop at least requires a 2-channel system with the ability to create your own protocols. You can get the best results with 19-channel systems including volume neurofeedback like sLoreta. Z-Scores are not required.
We will offer a german script for our german speaking participants. There will also be german speaking lecturers around during the workshop.
Neuromeditation greatly helps decreasing and preventing stress, PTSD, anxiety and sleep disorder. It is also extremely useful for increasing resilience, improving cognition and helping out in reaching peak performance.
