Dr. Mehmet Fatih Varli

Dr. Varli has been a assistant professor in Gifted and Talented Education for 4 years/since 2014. He received his bachelor of science degree in psychological consultancy and MSc. in Applied Psychology. His Ph.D is on gifted individuals. He did his dissertation on the topic “Effect of EEGBiofeedback on Gifted individuals’ Memory Performance”. He wrote his postgraduate dissertation on brain scanning of gifted individuals (neuroimaging-Qeeg) event related potential (ERP) and biofeedback (Eeg-biofeedback, heart rate variability biofeedback, respiration biofeedback). Prof. Dr. John Gruzelier, professor at London Goldsmith University Psychology Department and President of the Society of Applied Neuroscience (SAN) was his second doctoral dissertation advisor. He have been in London Goldsmith University several times for his doctorate study.

Dr. Varli have been working on neuro-imagining- Qeeg, ERP , Biofeedback and Gifted and Talented Education - Psychological Counseling for the last 14 years. He participated in many trainings abroad related to these field. He consider himself to be highly competent in the fields of Neuroimaging Qeeg, ERP, Biofeedback and Gifted and Talented Education - Psychological Counseling. He is a member of the Society Applied Neuroscience (SAN), the World Council for Gifted and Talented Children and Education Coordinator of IFEN Turkey'.
